The commotion subsided and soon enough, the elephants and the natives were nowhere to be seen. An ocean of silence surrounded the archer and the dust finally settled down again.
Dannin had'nt the slightest clue as to where the Natives were . Even worse, he hadn't the slightest clue as to where he was.
Scene:-
- A pride of Lions stalks a herd of Osirin Buffaloes in the distance - The clear waters of the Osirin flow gently in the distance - Several shady trees

Using his bow for leverage, Dannin pushed up, cradling his arm against his abdomen, looking about. He saw a group of large hunting cats stalking a herd of some sort of plains creature, and the flowing Osirin River. What caught his eye most, though, was the shady copse of trees. It might be best to go there and get out of the heat so he could examine his wound better. Making sure to stay away from the predatorial cats, he made his way toward the copse.

Dannin trudged towards the tree and eventually settled down below it. He examined his arm. It wasn't broken, and the pain was begginning to subside. The muscles had been pulled.
He heard a faint scowl.
And he heard it again.
When he looked up, Dannin got quite a shock. A spotted cat had just waken up from his evening sleep and was quite grumpy. It wasn't as large as the lions, but it certainly looked dangerous.
A wad of stormy clouds is approaching. You will need shelter for the rainy night.

Working his hand, clenching the fist and relaxing it repeatedly, Dannin kept his eyes on the great cat as he rose and began moving away from the trees. After moving a safe distance with no pursuit, he began looking for shelter. A wind was already kicking up some from the oncoming storm, and he knew he didn't have much time. Quickly, he inventoried his equipment to see what could help.
"Nice," he sighed, "my bow, a dagger, several arrows and a couple replacement bowstrings. Bloody worthless..." The he paused, a brow arching at the extra strings. Tucking one away, he kept the other out, and started toward some smaller trees, keeping his eyes and ears open for nearby predators napping in the bush. As he reached the smaller trees, he wrapped the bowstring around the trunk of one near it's bottom, then began pulling it back and forth like a saw.

Taking down that tree really took some work and Dannin had worked up a sweat. He reached up to wipe at his brow... and froze. He watched as the snake slithered by, not even daring to breathe for fear of drawing it's attention, until it had passed. Letting out a soft sigh of relief, he turned to survey the area.
The lions were now ready to make their kill, which meant he was certainly no target for them, and the 'gator by the river seemed content where he was. As for the snake, he had long since gone on his way.
Dannin nodded, silently thanking the Gods for his good fortune thus far, then turned and wrapped the bowstring around another small tree and began working on it as well. Hopefully he could get at least this one and one other before the storm hit in full.

A light drizzle begins to fall. The dark clouds are not far. Dannin manages to cut down another two trees. A hazy figure appears in the distance. Another Native?
View:
- The Lions are unable to make a kill. They retreat. - A squad of hungry mosquitoes begins it's attack on Dannin - The crocodile silently slinks into the deep - Slight feelings of hunger begin to grow within Dannin

Ishtar walks up staggering a bit, sees a dark figure(dannin) and aproaches him, spear in hand, as always, he rotates it, grabbing it in the ready-to-throw position."Oi, you there. What are you doing?"

Dannin arcs a brow, turning to face the newcomer, reflexively reaching for his bow. Realizing he had spoken English, he hesitates and nods toward the lean-to he had been working to construct and swats at the swarm of stinging insects about him. "Trying to erect some form of shelter against the storm," he answers honestly, "and about to look for something to eat. Ye'rself?" At that , he does pick up his bow and stands, tucking the string he'd been using as a saw into a pouch on his belt.

"Well pretty much the same, no clue as to where i am. Heard a really large noise, like some sort of animal calling, decided i'd head this way." Ishtar looks around, years of war now having made his eye-sighty sharper, and senses ever more vigilant. Using his lair of craft ability(ability that increases craftsmanship and productivity), he head into the woods, searching for some dry wood. After fifteen minutes or so, he returns, a dozen dry branches of wood, kept in the bag placed around his shoulder.
"I found some wood for us to use in the fire we'll be creating, however they will last only a small while, not to many of these wood here.So i suggest we catch some game then light our fire."

Dannin smirked as the man returned and nodded at his explanation. "Sounds like a plan," he replied, then gestured to the small clearing. "My home is your home."
Hefting his bow comfortably, then, he nodded for the man to lead and fell into step beside him.
