ishtar now enters the forest uses the tiger's paw and swiftly walks aroun the woods,"i'm definately lost." a voice says,"are you?" a warmth runs up ishtar's spine, the voice says,"a creature of the light are you now, biped however."ishtar replies,"and you aren't?" an arrow flies towards ishtar who nimbly dodges it.voice says,"fast, we shall see you later now make way for us."ishtar replies,"how many are you? where r you going?" the voice answers,"there are not many of us, and we are going to fight the horde of evil, unless you want to fight us first."ishtar replies,"so am I, would you fight by me, centaur?"((i'm introducing bout 20 centaurs now , if that's fine by the gm)) the voice replies,"how did you know?" ishtar says,"your not a biped, you're a very good archer almost and you are really well hidden, i added two and two, four - centaur."the centaur replies"we sahll fight with you but we will not be commanded by you, we are an individual battalion." a group of 20 centaurs equipped with bows and shields lead ishtar to the village. ishtar thinks to himself,"hop[e aten has luck finding the bats.

Aten reaches the mouth of the dark cave. He tries to ingore the stench emanating from it. He begins to walk through the cave. Before long, he hears a raspy voice speaking to him:

"Leave ... now."

Aten recognises the voice. It is the bat king, keeping watch over his territory.

"It is I, Aten. I have come here looking for help."

"Go away.. we will not help you."

"Vile, pathetic little thing!! I was the one who set your people free!!"

A grumbing sound is heard.

"Very well.. what is it that you want?"

"As many able men as you have. I need them to battle with an opposing army of demonic soldiers. I promise you.. if you help me, I will give you all my territory north of the Jolmine mountains."

The cave goes quiet. Suddenly, abnormally large bats fly in and surround Aten.

"Here are your forces.. use them well."

Aten walks out of the cave. A horde of bats fly out, following him.

((They dont exactly surround me.. they fly around the area and I can call upon them any time I like.))

Alsdair meanwhile was not having an good time...
- Can't you even hold a knife properly! You must have cut something in your life! Your meat!? Anything!?
He had trained a lot of fighting men in his life, his God-fathers men-at-arms, his fathers -men-at-arms, even his own for the brief time he was a landowner, but this was different.
Those men wanted to train, and were trained and gathered experience for years, not this group of mages that barely thought of the idea. Whats more time was not an ally.
Sighing he calmed himself and began to explain the basics of using a dagger once again, some of them already understood it, Alsdair could see it in their eyes, he only hoped they wouldn't have to test that knowledge.

ishtar leaded the centaurs back to alsdair and introduced the company to them , the centaurs taught the mages a thing or two about ranging, now awaiting the arrival of aten, the samll force of ours has gathered.

Aten arrives by noon. Bats stream out of the trees behind him. "Well.. I was succesful."

Aten eyes the centaurs, mentally greeting every one of them.

He turns his head to Alsdair. "How did the training go? Have themages learnt to fight."

ishtar now takes his stance, greets aten, "let's get ready, at nightfall, we fight .", ishtar warms up, cracking his knuckles.

Alsdair answers Aten's quistion so as not to be overheard,
- I gave them teh basics but... I wouldn't count on them doing to much with steel, lets hope tehy don't have to use it.
In a louder voice he said,
- Alright, our numbers are larger, what do we do in terms of planning out the fight?

*The sun brings up a new day...one full of dread for sure...*

*He tells his troops something in an unknown language. They all organise and march and start killing the random people who have been standing by watching the army with a gaze of confusion...those idiots...*

"Anyone got a battle plan??Maybe I should work it out"

Aten:

Allright heres the battle plan.

Alsdair is on horseback so he will be able to keep up with the centaurs. Hopefully, he will be able to keep them under control.

Ishtar can guide the mages into battle. They may not be skilled.. but we need all the help we can get.

I will command over the bat horde as well as the eagles. We should have a great aerial advantage during battle.

Revendorus is our backup. We will rely on him to pull us out of deadly situtations.

Everybody understand? Raise any objections you may have."

Aten leaned against a tree, waiting for a reply.
