When Aten turned his head around to look at the Wyrm again, it had disappeared. He saw a faint cloud of smoke emerging from somewhere beyond the next mountain.
Wha..?
It was gone.
Aten's image of Wyrms as gentle giants had definitely been damaged. The monster he saw was fierce, territorial and had an intense dislike for humans.
It just ripped through our camp like there's nothing there.
The losses were heavy and unexpected. They were going to have to face a barrage of criticism and disbelief. Still, their friends would honour them for their bravery.
The cold begins to fade as the beast moves away from the crushed warriors.

Lord Xan stumbled onto his feet. He spoke : " Alright, now that the beast has gone i believe its best for us to pack and leave. Meh, someone pick kravis up. Sometimes i feel like just leaving him it is very annoying that he always just faints. Lets move downhill men."
The tattered and torn men move down the hill cautiously. As for the Frost Wyrm, that will be a myth they chase after some other time. Lord Xan took one last look and smell of the dreaded Mount Kraken.
