Name: Rassius
Weapon: Rapier
Skills: Swordsmanship
Abilities:
1] Meaningless formalities - A must for any swordsman of aristocratic descent, the 'caster' engages in several actions considered to be fencing etiquette that throws the enemy into a state of confusion.
--Sends enemies into a state of confusion during the turn this skill is being used. Effect lasts one turn only.
2] Parry - A fencing move where the defending swordsman uses their weapon to block the attack of the enemy.
--Block next attack.
3] Riposte - A fencing move where, immediately after parrying an enemy attack, the swordsman attacks the enemy.
--Can only be used after a successful parry. Do extra damage? Never miss? Whatever fits the situation, I suppose.
4]Repeated thrusts - Thrusts weapon towards enemy to stab them repeatedly.
--Multiple attacks.
Description:
The youngest son of an aristocratic family from a distant land, Rassius is well-educated and intelligent but is clumsy, careless, aloof and often comes across as arrogant.
At a young age, he was tutored by a world-renowned fencer, but did not learn much due to his general laziness.
Believing himself to be a grand musician, Rassius left his home without notice to travel the world and spread his fame.
With a head of well groomed medium-length black hair, the tall and almost abnormally slim youth is a shining example of nobility. One who certain does not belong in a small town of farmers.
[Hum, would I be allowed to have a mandolin as a bludgeoning weapon?
It'd have as much use as any fragile block of wood would, of course.]
